Refund Policy

At Sela’s Contractor, we take pride in delivering quality contracting services to our clients in Pompton Lakes, NJ, and surrounding areas. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our company, while recognizing the unique nature of construction and home improvement projects.
Deposits

Deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the project.
Cancellations

If a project is canceled before work begins, we may refund part of the deposit at our sole discretion, minus administrative and scheduling costs.

If materials have already been purchased or delivered, the cost of those materials will be deducted from any refund.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, no refunds will be issued.
Completed Work

Once services are completed, all payments are final.

Refunds will not be issued for completed work.

If there are issues or concerns with the quality of workmanship, we will address them in accordance with the warranty provided in your service agreement.
Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Requests for refunds outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Sela’s Contractor.
